Carini Home Services is looking for HVAC Service Techs with minimum 3 years experience in Residential Service. We don't have on call, we stay busy year round and we have the highest paid technicians in the industry. We have a 5 star reputation in San Diego County, which makes it much easier to build value. We are looking for people who are motivated, hardworking and quality focused.

Requirements:

• Maintain good communication with dispatch and your manager.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete Close out notes on your Tablet.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
