HVAC Service Tech wanted!!!!

compensation: GET PAID PER JOB!!!! Also possible commission!

employment type: Full Time----Run service calls and Installs when available
JOB SCOPE: You will facilitate and correct all repairs associated with a specific work order. This can include routine repairs and/or emergency repairs. This is a skilled trade's customer service position. Opportunities for Growth within the company.
Positions are available in the following counties: Tampa Bay area. Hillsboro and Panelas counties

RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Within an assigned region, be able to work independently to complete residential repairs.
⢠Use independent judgment to analyze, troubleshoot and complete repairs in the home specifically stated in the work orders.
⢠Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across the disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and carpentry.
⢠Must have basic computer skills to use web-based and internal work order computer systems.
⢠Possess and utilize a variety of hand tools and electrical tools in daily job functions.

REQUIREMENTS
⢠Seeking candidates with maintenance and service Experience.

Incentives plus Hour rate. Potential 6 figure income possible

On Call is Rotational

MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
*if you have less then 3 years’ experience. Training is available and we will be open on speaking with you on what you need to advance

⢠Provide your own tools. Materials will be provided for you.
⢠Computer skills in electronic work order systems desirable
⢠Valid Florida Driver's license.
EPA Certified
⢠Excellent follow-up and possess a "sense of urgency" to complete assignments
⢠Self-starter and able to work independently.
⢠Excellent communication skills to provide a positive customer experience
⢠Present a professional appearance and positive attitude to residents.
⢠The ability to articulate in English in both verbal and written forms
