HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position available for a residential HVAC service technician. Candidate must have minimum two years experience (current experience) as follows:

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across heating and cooling systems (gas, electric, heat pump, mini-split)
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on rooftops, and in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service communication
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
