We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and doesn’t want to be stuck doing the same thing every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls
- Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers
- Perform startup, charging and system performance testing
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
- Complete job documentation, photos, and service reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Strong HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
