HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Comfort Air Services is a locally owned and operated HVAC company serving Southern New Hampshire and the Seacoast. We are looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

We value quality workmanship, excellent customer service, teamwork, and employees who take pride in what they do.

- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -

HVAC service experience preferred

NH Gas Fitter Service License
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends

- EQUIPMENT YOU'LL SERVICE -

Our technicians work on a variety of residential HVAC equipment, including:
Gas & propane furnaces
Boilers
Central air conditioning
Heat pumps
Mini-splits
Water heaters
Humidifiers and related HVAC equipment

- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES -

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
Test, adjust, and repair HVAC systems
Identify necessary corrective actions and recommend solutions
Clearly explain equipment issues and repair options to customers
Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
Document service calls, equipment information, and recommendations
Collect customer payments when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
Maintain a professional appearance and represent Comfort Air Services positively
Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and other challenging environments
Participate in our on-call rotation
