HVAC Service Technician – Full-Time (Hiring Immediately)

Pay: Starting at $35.00 per hour (DOE) + Uncapped Sales Commission + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections.

• Identify and correct inspection deficiencies.
• Recommend repair and replacement options that best meet customers' needs.

• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve concerns with patience and respect.

• Complete service tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work independently while managing your daily schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
