Description
Rapidly expanding ductless mini-split distributor is looking for someone to help build and run our service department.
We import our own equipment and subcontract installations. We're looking for someone who wants to get into the service side of the HVAC industry and grow with us.
This could be a perfect opportunity for:
✔ Recent New England Tech graduate
✔ Someone just getting started in HVAC
✔ Someone who eventually wants to own their own service company
Job Duties:
- Service and maintain ductless mini-split systems
- Diagnose equipment problems
- Work with manufacturers on warranty claims
- Assist customers with technical questions
- Help build our service department from the ground up
- HVAC education or experience preferred
- EPA certification a plus
- Good people skills
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable and motivated
- Pay based on experience
