HVAC Service Technician (Residential) - Full Time

ICT Air is growing! We are looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We provide residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs throughout the Wichita area and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
• Replace HVAC components and make necessary repairs
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Accurately complete work orders and paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service on every job
• Follow all company safety policies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
