HVAC Service Technician Trainee – No Experience Needed, We Train You

We are a growing residential HVAC company and we're hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician Trainee.

Here's the deal: you don't need any HVAC experience. What you DO need is to be great with people. If you come from hospitality, restaurants, retail, or any job where taking care of customers was your thing, we want to talk to you — we'll train you on everything else.

You'll start by riding along with our experienced technicians, learning the trade hands-on, until you're ready to run service calls on your own.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A friendly, dependable, people-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and work hard (including in AZ summer heat)
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• No HVAC experience required — we provide full paid training
