HVAC Service Technician Wanted

• Experience in HVAC service and repair required with 5+ years of experience.

• Is available to work Monday – Friday and occasionally OT or a weekend.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable and dependable to be at work

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine system inspections and troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions.
• Assist in cleaning, replacing filters, and performing basic maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment.
• Support senior technicians during service calls, providing help with diagnostics, repairs, and system installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system functions or needed repairs in a clear, professional manner.
• Document work performed on service calls, including time spent, parts used, and any recommendations for further service.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment in accordance with company policies.
• Continue to develop knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies through on-the-job training and formal education opportunities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
