Experience We Are Looking For

A minimum of three years of HVAC service technician experience is required. Commercial HVAC experience is strongly preferred, with three to five or more years considered ideal. We will also consider technicians from other HVAC backgrounds who have hands-on experience with rooftop units (RTUs) and commercial systems.

Your Experience Should Include

At least three years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience

Commercial HVAC service experience, ideally three to five-plus years

Hands-on experience with rooftop units (RTUs)

Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components

Preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair experience

Ability to work independently and provide quality customer service

A dependable, safety-conscious approach and a desire to keep learning
