HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman

Position Overview:

The HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation, assembly, and repair of sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings. They play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and execution. Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and equipment.
• Interpreting blueprints, sketches, or building plans to map out the specifications of a project.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and having a keen eye for quality.
• Working in a manufacturing setting and requiring safety gear.
• Reporting to the Production Manager or Plant Manager.

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a drug screen

• Must pass a background check
• Must have an active driver's license
