HVAC - Sheet Metal Mechanic - $750/Per Diem

JOB IS FOR TRAVELERS - JOB SITE LOCATED IN WEST VIRGINIA

PRST is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Fabricators and Mechanics to join our team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, assembly, and repair of sheet metal systems and components in commercial and industrial environments. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, work safely, and perform high-quality installations while meeting project schedules.

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Hours Per Day: 10 Hours.
Pay - $35-$40
Fabricate sheet metal components, fittings, transitions, and assemblies in accordance with shop drawings and project specifications.
Measure, mark, cut, bend, roll, and form sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Install HVAC duct systems, fittings, and supports according to project requirements.
Perform layout work and field modifications as needed.
Ensure all fabricated and installed work meets quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
Follow all company, customer, and OSHA safety requirements.
Collaborate with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to ensure project success.

Previous sheet metal fabrication and/or mechanical installation experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Proficient with hand tools and equipment commonly used in the sheet metal trade.
Reliable transportation and ability to report to the jobsite as scheduled.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Personal hand tools appropriate for sheet metal fabrication and installation work.
