Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanics and Top Helpers with experience to join our growing construction and HVAC installation team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience installing commercial ductwork, reading blueprints, and working safely on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install Ductwork: Measure, layout, fabricate, and install commercial-scale HVAC duct systems and ventilation components.
Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings, architectural blueprints, and project specifications to plan daily installation tasks.
Site Safety: Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolds, and lifts while adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with project managers, superintendents, and apprentices to keep projects on schedule.
