HVAC Special Projects Foreman position

Description

This is a field supervisory position for a current Foreman or an experienced HVAC journeyman installer who wants to enter the management segment of the Special Projects installation field.

Qualifications: Strong experience installing basic sheet metal, ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical and control wiring, brazing, and soldering, along with a solid understanding of thermodynamics. Basic computer skills and the ability to organize, motivate, and manage co-workers through teamwork.

Current Special Project Scope of Work:
-Installing Mitsubishi multi zone systems.
-Installing hydronic radiant heat systems.
-Installing boilers & air to water heat pumps.
-Installing HRV & ERV ventilation.
-Installing rectangular sheet-metal duct & spiral duct applications.
-Installing Messana hydronic heat /cool systems.

Daily responsibility: To work with our Project Managers on high-end residential and commercial projects. You would be the liaison on multiple projects at one time, running interface with General Contractors and the Comfort Energy workforce. You will be trained to install and troubleshoot technical systems, including assisting with start-up and commissioning, field reporting, and verification of proper installations for quality control.
