HVAC SUB CONTRACTOR NEEDED- NEW CONSTRUCTION

Seeking a HVAC subcontractor for a 4,700 sq. ft. (3-story) new residential build ready for immediate mechanical rough-in. Must be able to secure a permit.

Scope:

• Recommend system sizing & zoning across 3 levels
• Complete ductwork, supply/return registers, and plenums
• Equipment installation, linesets, condensate, startup & testing
• Pass City of Atlanta / Fulton County mechanical inspections

Requirements: Active GA Conditioned Air License, ability to work from architectural plans. Open to Competitive Turnkey or Labor-Only quotes. We have priced out the materials with our supplier .
