HVAC Subcontractor

We are a rapidly growing home improvement company seeking a Licensed HVAC Subcontractor located in East Phoenix Arizona. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential installation. Must be able to install all sorts of HVAC systems such as spilt systems, package units and mini splits. Again, we only install residential systems, no commercial work. Must have an acceptable driving record, strong communication skills as well as be able to line out their crew to get the work completed in a timely manner and under budget.

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to display professional company image
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Must be aware of code standards
• Effective time management skill

You will have year-round work no slow seasons.
Business and General Liability Insurance required.
