Description
Looking for an insured, certified and licensed sub contractor to work flat rate on HVAC replacements and hourly on repairs for a 400+ unit management company, could just be hourly as well. Will receive a 1099. If interested, reply with your experience & replacement rate for standard furnace and/or AC and regular hourly vs after hours. Must have tools and vehicle. Equipment and supplies provided. Must be responsive to email and/or text.
