HVAC-Superintendant

Position Summary:

As an HVAC Superintendent you will assume a leadership role in overseeing HVAC projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of HVAC installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet project objectives and client expectations.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.

Ensure that HVAC installations comply with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing project updates as needed.

Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.

Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Assist in monitoring project budgets and controlling costs effectively.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
HVAC-related certifications and licenses a plus.
A valid driver’s license.
