HVAC Technician / Installer – Growing Family-Owned HVAC Company

Upgrade Heating and Cooling, LLC is a growing, family-owned HVAC company looking to add an experienced and dependable HVAC professional to our team.

We are currently a small operation, and due to continued growth, we are looking for someone who can work alongside our lead technician/owner and become an important part of our company as we continue to grow.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous HVAC experience and knowledge

Has experience with residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and/or installation
Is comfortable troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
Has experience with split systems, heat pumps, package units, and mini-splits
Understands proper HVAC installation practices
Has their own basic hand tools
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Is dependable, punctual, honest, and hardworking
Communicates professionally with customers
Takes pride in doing clean, quality work
Is willing to learn and grow with the company

EPA certification is preferred.

Schedule and hours will depend on workload and experience and can be discussed during the interview.

Pay: Competitive and based on HVAC experience and skill level.
