HVAC Technician

Small, locally owned HVAC company in Tucson is hiring an HVAC Technician for residential service, repairs, and installations. We offer steady year-round work, a tight-knit team, and real opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits)
Full system installations and changeouts
Ductwork repairs and modifications
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with office staff
Represent the company professionally with clients

Requirements:

2+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record
Own hand tools
Able to pass background check
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

We offer:

$24–$30/hr depending on experience, with pay review at 90 days
