HVAC Technician

AAA Construction & Maintenance is expanding into the Little Rock, AR market and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, repair, and communicate like a pro. If you can run service calls without hand‑holding, we want you.

This is NOT an installer‑helper position — we need a real tech who knows their craft.

What You’ll Be Doing

Running residential & light‑commercial service calls

Diagnosing electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues

Performing repairs, maintenance, and system replacements

Documenting findings with photos and clear notes

Communicating professionally with dispatch and property managers
Possibly install everyone once and a while

What We’re Looking For

Strong troubleshooting experience

Ability to work independently and efficiently

EPA certification preferred

Valid driver’s license

Professional attitude and clean work habits
