Now seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers

We are looking for motivated professionals who take pride in their work and provide exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. Candidates with both HVAC and plumbing experience are highly valued and may qualify for premium pay opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers and coworkers. You must be able to diagnose problems accurately, explain repair options clearly, and complete work with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment including air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, zoning systems, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and annual HVAC system inspections
• Complete installations, replacements, and system upgrades according to company standards
• Participate in our on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide honest recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete service reports

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• High school diploma/GED and technical training preferred
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service
