HVAC Service Technician

Edwards Plumbing & Heating is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians

We are primarily looking for strong HVAC technicians, but plumbing knowledge or experience is a big plus.

You do not need to be an expert plumber. We are interested in HVAC technicians who have some plumbing experience, are comfortable handling basic plumbing service calls, or are willing to expand their plumbing skills.

One of the biggest advantages of working in both trades is year-round work. HVAC has seasonal slow periods. Plumbing stays busy throughout the year, giving technicians more opportunities to keep working and earning.

Edwards Plumbing & Heating is still locally owned and operated. We have not been bought by private equity, and we believe technicians should be treated as skilled tradespeople — not just salespeople.

Qualifications
3+ years HVAC service or installation experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Plumbing knowledge or experience is a plus
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver's license
Good communication and customer service skills
