HVAC Technician

Family operated management company looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems for our 3 local apartment communities.

Job Summary:

• Maintain / Repair / Install HVAC equipment.
• The ability to understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly.

Guaranteed 40-hour work week, paid every week, paid holidays. No after-hours calls.
All properties local (Newport News / Hampton).
