hvac technician

Small hvac company without all of the high pressure commission sales (theft). Looking for a knowledgeable tech that can run a service van or do an install when necessary.

Minimum of 5 years directly related experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
Awareness of safety issues, follows safety rules, maintains a safe work environment
Must be EPA certified for handling refrigerants
Have great communication skills
Practiced documentation skills
Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance
Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance and troubleshooting and repair
Has an understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities
Attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, HVAC drawings
Familiar with all equipment for troubleshooting HVAC problems
Comfortable using assorted power tools
Must be able to work overtime as needed and be on-call when required
Must have a valid Florida’s drivers license
