Hiring Immediately for Career positions. This is NOT seasonal hiring.

• $44 to $56 per hour for licensed technicians and $30 to $42 (or more) per hour for non-licensed depending on skills and experience.
• Guaranteed paycheck all year. No sitting at home on a slow week without a paycheck.

• Overtime paid daily after 8 hours worked for licensed technicians.

Here's what we look for......

1) You are technically skilled and experienced in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of residential equipment.
2) You have either a St. Louis County license or a minimum of + 3 years of in-field HVAC service and/or installation experience with a licensed residential HVAC company.
3) You present a professional demeanor and focus on client needs in an HONEST, kind and communicative manner.
4) You are diligent, polite, communicative and a team player.
