HVAC Technician - Service and Installation

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience performing service calls, diagnosing HVAC system issues, and installing residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment.

Compensation is base salary plus commission for true growth potential.

Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service, diagnostics, and installation
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across various HVAC brands and systems
Experience installing complete HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
EPA 608 Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions/confined spaces
Strong working knowledge of mechanical codes and installation standards
Responsible for ensuring all HVAC systems are installed in full compliance with applicable mechanical codes
