About the Opportunity
Our staffing agency is actively recruiting experienced Commercial Rooftop HVAC Installers. This role offers consistent work on commercial job sites, with the potential for long-term placement based on performance.
We’re seeking dependable installers who are ready to step onto job sites and contribute immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial rooftop HVAC units (RTUs, package units, split systems)
• Perform ductwork connections, curb adaptions, and basic electrical tie-ins
• Read and work from blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Assist with rigging and placement of rooftop units (crane operations support)
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and project specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Must bring your own HVAC tools (daily-use installer tools required)
• Experience working on rooftops and commercial construction sites
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
• OSHA certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
