HVAC Warehouse Associate — All Star Heating and Cooling

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to coordinate shipping, receiving, and stocking of materials, and to stage materials and equipment for our technicians and office personnel. Our preferred candidate is good with computers, has some HVAC materials experience, is comfortable driving trucks and vans, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Receiving & Inventory
-Receive truck and vendor deliveries; verify accuracy and completeness against purchase orders
-Put away stock from deliveries and returning service trucks in a timely manner
-Perform regular inventory counts on stock items and equipment
-Maintain accurate, up-to-date parts and equipment inventory records
-Print and complete pick tickets throughout the day as needed
-Field Support & Coordination
-Work alongside technicians and installers to stock trucks as needed
-Coordinate parts pickups and drop-offs for field technicians throughout the day
-Assist in assigning warehouse duties to team members on shift, in coordination with management
-Support warranty claim processing and coordinate warranty pickups
-Vehicle & Facility Management
-Keep all warehouse areas, floors, and surrounding building exterior free of trash and debris
-Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and surrounding building exterior
-Assist with scrap preparation, sorting, loading, and delivery as needed

Starting pay $46,800–$62,400/year, with bonus and OT incentives available, plus a potential raise after 30 and 90 days based on performance. Advancement opportunity into a management role is available within 12–18 months for the right person!

Monday thru Friday, 6a to 330p standard hours — NO on-call, NO Sundays. OT and Saturday shifts available.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Reliable transportation + clean driver's license

Positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented
Previous experience or knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Able to work efficiently and independently
Excellent communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
