1. A starting rate between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour
2. 100% health benefits paid for by the company, which include dental and vision
3. Immediate profit sharing from $200.00 to $1,000.00 per week

6. Added additional $1,000.00 bonus if you find another HVAC/R service tech for us.

8. Guaranteed 40 hours per week
