HVAC/R service technician

Description

Today I spoke to a new applicant for dispatcher who has worked for someone for 3 years, started at $16.00 and now is $23.00. After she told me everything about her and her job, if she were working for me under the same circumstances I can tell you that she would have been at $30.00.

It really seems to me that there are really a lot of people who are employers, and maybe most; whose only interest is in getting people hired as cheap as possible and keeping them there for the longest time possible.

As an employer for HVAC/R people, my philosophy is exactly the opposite.

I WILL PAY YOU ANY AMOUNT PER HOUR YOU NAME IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB I HAVE FOR YOU!

First I can tell you that anyone in this field should never be paid less than $30.00 per hour to start.

Just a couple of weeks ago we hired a new tech. In his previous job he was a maintenance man for an apartment building paid $30.00 per hour. We agreed to start him at $35.00. But for his first week he only billed 23 hours. He made a small profit of $2,200.00 so instead of paying him for 23 hours, we paid him for 40 hours @ $35.00.

That means he did not get paid $35.00 per hour, he got paid $61.00 per hour. And he promptly quit after the first week.

Here is a guy who comes on board for the best paying job of his life for a company that has been here for over 30 years and decides that this is a bad place to work after one week. He had it all figured out after 5 days!!!!

Is there a name for a person like this? I think Idiot might be one and then there is another name for a person like this that describes a particular part of the female anatomy but if I use the "P" word I'm pretty sure Craig's list would ban me for life.

If you are in this HVAC/R industry and you have half a brain and you want to work then we can pay you more money than anyone in Texas.

Maybe you are one of the best techs in Texas but no matter how good you are, you have never had an employer who will show you how to make money except for me.

Let me tell you something that no one has ever pointed out to you until now, and you have never thought of it.

Professional people do not charge or bill by the hour. Doctors don't charge for their time or by the hour. Lawyers do not charge by the hour. Architects do not charge by the hour. In short, rich and successful people do not charge for their time: they charge for their experience and expertise. Rich and successful people will listen to your problem or project and give youy a price for it. Would you like us to teach you how to do this???

THAT'S HOW YOU MAKE MONEY.

If you want the kind of job where you are able to male as much money as you can instead of relying on how much this employer is willing to pay then contact me and let's meet and see what we can do together.
