Every week you can make an additional bonus depending on how much profit you make for the week. Our technicians make from 2 to $7,000.00 in profit every week and depending on how much that profit is, we pay you a bonus based on the profit. This bonus could be as much as an added $750.00 per week. Let me show you how it works:

Your weekly profit Your percentage of bonus The bonus you are paid

$2,000.00 2% $40.00
$3,000.00 3% $100.00
$4,000.00 6% $240.00
$5,000.00 10% $500.00
$6,000.00+ 15% $900.00

And remember as a new employee, the amount we pay you per hour is between $35.00 to $50.00 per hour.
