Trade your tools for a teaching role—without giving up your industry experience. NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our Haverhill, MA & Pawtucket, RI campuses. If you're ready for more stability, less physical strain, and the chance to help others launch their careers, this is your opportunity. No prior experience as a trainer or instructor is required. We’ll train you to teach!

HVAC/R Instructor Details:

• Earn $60,000 - $70,000 per year*
• Part-time with full-time benefits:
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Paid sick time, vacation, and holidays
• 401(k) with company match

• ~25 - 30 hours per week
• Evening: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Weekend: Friday 4:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
