Licensed HVACR Qualifier – Immediate Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, properly licensed HVACR professional to serve as the qualifying individual for our HVACR contracting business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified HVACR professional who wants to use their licensing and experience in a professional, growing company.
Position Requirements
- Current, valid HVACR/Mechanical Contractor license applicable to the jurisdiction
- Meets all applicable state and local requirements to serve as an HVACR qualifying individual
- Demonstrated HVACR industry experience
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, service, repair, heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
- Strong understanding of applicable building, mechanical, and HVAC codes
- Good professional standing with the applicable licensing authority
- Reliable, professional, and responsive
- Willing and legally eligible to be designated as the company’s qualifying individual
- Serve as the company’s designated HVACR qualifier
- Provide the licensing credentials and experience required to qualify the company’s HVACR contracting operations
- Maintain compliance with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
- Provide appropriate oversight and technical guidance as required by law
- Work with company management to maintain proper licensing and compliance
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications in good standing

Compensation will be based on licensing, experience, responsibilities, and the arrangement agreed upon.
Employment/Qualifier Arrangement: Full-time / Part-time / Qualifier Agreement — negotiable
