JOURNEYMAN HVAC / REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN — WE WANT THE BEST!

Are you a true HVAC/Refrigeration professional who knows how to troubleshoot a problem and FIX IT?

We’re looking for a Journeyman-Level HVAC / Refrigeration Technician who can hit the ground running and handle the job from diagnosis to completion.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need someone with the experience, certifications, mechanical ability, and work ethic to keep commercial restaurant equipment running.

🔧 YOU MUST HAVE:

✅ Journeyman-level HVAC/Refrigeration experience
✅ Universal EPA 608 Certification — REQUIRED
✅ Strong commercial HVAC experience
✅ Strong commercial refrigeration experience
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✅ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
✅ Clean driving record and valid driver's license
✅ Ability to perform all essential job functions of the position
✅ Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions
✅ Dependable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

❄️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and repair walk-in coolers and freezers
Service reach-in refrigeration equipment
Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures
Perform preventative maintenance
Respond to equipment breakdowns and service calls
Keep critical restaurant equipment operating
Work directly with restaurant management and staff
Complete repairs correctly — not just temporarily patch the problem
Maintain a professional, clean, and organized work environment

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO:

Knows what they're doing.

You should be able to walk into a restaurant, troubleshoot the equipment, identify the problem, explain what needs to be done, and get it fixed.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when they're supposed to, works safely, and doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder.

If you're the technician everyone calls when "nobody else can figure it out," we want to talk to you.
