HVAC/Refrigeration Technician (All Experience Levels Welcome)

We are looking for full-time HVAC/R Technicians to join our team.
Based in El cajon, CA
Whether you are an experienced tech or a motivated trade school graduate ready to learn, we have a spot for you.
What We Require:
Age 21+ with a clean background check.
EPA Certified
HVAC Trade School graduate
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer:
No/Low Experience:
Start as a helper for the first couple of months.
We provide excellent hands-on training to get you up to speed.
Experienced Techs:
If you have the knowledge and can work independently, we will provide a company truck and tools.

Starting hourly rate depends on your experience level: Entry-level helpers start at a baseline training wage, while experienced technicians are placed at a higher tier based on their knowledge.

Please Note:

We occasionally handle large night projects that require flexible scheduling. Shift start and end times vary depending on the job (typically ranging between 7 PM and 6 AM).
As needed scheduling, We will give you as much advance notice as possible, but you must be ready to work these changing night shifts.

Note:

We do Work some nights,
This is a demanding job that requires working in hot, cold, and unpredictable weather environments.
