About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and certified Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate must specialize in hydraulics, diesel engines, and advanced troubleshooting for heavy equipment. This role requires strong hands-on experience servicing cranes, excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, dump trucks, and other hydraulic-driven machinery.

This position demands excellent diagnostic ability, mechanical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and diesel systems on cranes and heavy equipment
Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, diesel system diagrams, and technical manuals
Rebuild and repair pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and diesel components
Perform preventive maintenance (fluid and filter changes, hose inspections, system flushing)
Conduct pressure and flow testing using diagnostic equipment
Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic working with heavy equipment or cranes
Strong specialization in hydraulics, diesel engines, and troubleshooting required
Certification in Hydraulics or Heavy Equipment Maintenance (ASE, Parker, Eaton, Caterpillar, or similar)
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electrohydraulic systems (mechanical + electrical integration) preferred
Clean and valid driver’s license
OSHA certification a plus
