We're a licensed, established, and well-respected full-service concrete contractor serving all San Diego County. We handle a diverse range commercial and residential projects and pride ourselves on our excellent reputation. We have steady, year-round work and are looking for a reliable, experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our crew. This is an immediate opening for the right person.
===== COMPENSATION =====
- Competitive pay: $35-$45/hr DOE.

- Steady work: Full-time 40/hr Mon-Fri, overtime available. Year-round work, no seasonal layoffs.
We're looking for a proactive, reliable, hands-on leader who knows the trade inside and out. You'll have the support of a full-time office admin and an owner who's involved without micromanaging.
Technical & Trade Skills:
- Ability to expertly form, set rebar, place, and finish concrete.
- Proficient at laying out a job and reading construction plans.
- Ability to read and understand survey staking.
- Supervise our in-house demo operators
- Proven experience managing a 4-5 man crew efficiently and safely.
- Capable of calculating materials (quantities, specs, rates) and communicating effectively with our office dispatcher to set up supplier deliveries and subcontractors (e.g., concrete pump).
- Bilingual English/Spanish to communicate effectively with the crew, clients, and our office.
- Customer service savvy for interacting directly with customers, subs, GCs, consultants.
- Ability to take job site photos, text, email, basic phone/laptop use; we aren't paperwork-heavy.
- Must have valid driver's license.
