Immediate Opening for a Driven Auto Shop Manager

Looking for a hands-on and strategic Automotive Shop Manager to lead our shop and auto technicians. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a track record of driving shop profitability, and a talent for delivering great customer service, we want you to drive our growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Team: Recruit and motivate technicians to meet efficiency and quality standards.
Drive Sales & Profitability: Service write, manage the daily P&L, set realistic goals, and implement strategies to increase car count and gross margins.
Deliver Customer Satisfaction: Greet customers, address customer concerns promptly, candidly explain needed maintenance and repair to the customer, answer customers questions and ensure every vehicle leaves the shop fixed right the first time.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage workflow, parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in automotive service management and proven record of sales.
Strong understanding of shop operations, P&L, and automotive industry trends.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build a positive shop culture.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
ASE and bilingual are pluses, but not required.
