Immediate Paid HVAC Consultant Needed – Commercial Multi-Unit Heating

We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC consultant for an immediate, paid consultation to oversee and guide ongoing repair work on a multi-unit commercial heating system.
This is a consulting/oversight role with some tweaking and finalizing work.
Project Overview:

• Commercial property with multiple HVAC/heating units (RTUs)
• Repairs currently in progress by a contractor
• Need an independent expert to ensure work is being done correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively

Scope of Work:

• Evaluate existing HVAC/heating systems and current repair work
• Verify proper installation, connections (gas/electric), and system performance
• Identify inefficiencies, shortcuts, or improper methods
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to ensure best long-term results
• Available for immediate on-site review and short-term follow-up if needed

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years experience in commercial HVAC systems
• Strong experience with multi-unit heating systems and rooftop units (RTUs)
• Background in installation, diagnostics, and system optimization
• Licensed HVAC contractor or highly experienced technician preferred
• Able to provide honest, direct, and practical feedback
