Immediate Short-Term Carpentry / Handyman (Potential Full-Time)

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Currently seeking motivated individuals for immediate, short-term, contract-based positions focused on carpentry, handyman, and general labor work.

Before we move to the next step, we want to be 100% transparent: this position starts on a trial basis as an independent subcontractor, with the potential to transition into a long-term, full-time role based on performance.

This role is a mix of skilled carpentry and basic general labor. Not every item on the to-do list is glorious. Regardless of how much experience you have, we need someone who is willing to tackle the remedial, "grunt work" tasks with the same energy and attention to detail as the highly skilled stuff.

Available Shifts & Flexibility

We offer granular, flexible scheduling to fit project needs:

Half-Day (Morning): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Half-Day (Afternoon): 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Full-Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities & Work Details

Executing punch-out projects and completing various general labor and cleanup tasks.

Performing general carpentry and residential handyman duties.

Must be 100% comfortable, safe, and efficient working on ladders and at heights.

Following instructions effectively and working independently on assigned tasks.

Loading, unloading, and safely transporting materials or equipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in carpentry, handyman services, or general construction labor.

No ego: A "no task is too small" attitude is a strict requirement.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly safety-conscious.

Major Plus: A perfect driving record and/or a truck capable of safely towing a trailer.
