In Home Appliance Repair Technician

We are looking for a self-starting experienced appliance repair technician to start immediately.

We pay by commission, our current techs make between $35-50+/hr.

MUST BE FULL LINE - must be able to work on fridges, washers, dryers, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers

We provide company trucks and fuel cards. We provide ipads, we use Service Fusion so all of your calls are set for you in the morning, you start and end from your own home.

We provide technical support and office support.

Most of our business is higher end or from accounts we've had for decades.

We are flexible with hours.

We are a small company and intend to stay that way, and also believe in work life balance.

Summary

Responsibilities

' Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.

Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs with precision.
Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards.
Assist with inventory management of parts and tools.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
' Proven experience in appliance repair or related field.

Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license; experience driving box trucks preferred.
Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.'
