Flooring Measure Technician (W-2 Employee)

Keller Interiors is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Flooring Measure Technician to perform in-home flooring measurements throughout an assigned service area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with flooring, construction, or customer-service experience who enjoys working independently and interacting with customers.

This is a W-2 employee position and is not remote.

Responsibilities

Visit customers’ homes to complete accurate flooring measurements
Create digital diagrams and document relevant job-site conditions
Take required photographs and enter detailed notes using the company-provided tablet
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
Submit complete and accurate measurement information promptly
Travel throughout the assigned service area
Follow all company procedures and customer-service standards

Qualifications

Strong listening and customer-service skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
Basic math proficiency and excellent attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance
Reliable transportation
Smartphone and basic computer or tablet skills
Ability to pass a background check
Construction experience preferred; flooring knowledge is a plus
Availability for customer appointments Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some evening and weekend availability as needed
