Independent Contractor – Stone Veneer & Precast Installer

We are looking for an experienced independent contractor skilled in installing stone veneer and precast on residential exteriors.

Responsibilities:

Install stone veneer on exterior walls and home facades

Install precast stone on columns and other architectural features
Prepare surfaces and ensure proper installation
Maintain clean, professional workmanship

Requirements:

Proven experience with stone veneer and/or precast installation
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and tools
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Residential exterior experience preferred
MUST HAVE general liability and workers comp insurance.

Job Type: Independent Contractor / 1099

Pay: Competitive, based on experience and project
