Independent Subcontractors Wanted

Lakeshore Construction is growing in the construction industry and we are building a network of reliable, independent subcontractors for residential construction work.

We are looking for experienced tradespeople and small crews who take pride in quality work and can operate independently.

Work we need help with:

• Framing (new construction, additions, modifications)
• Deck construction and outdoor living (new builds and rebuilds)
• General carpentry and residential construction.
• Related site work as needed.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in framing, decks, and/or general residential construction.
• Own tools, transportation, and ability to show up ready to work.
• Clean, professional job sites and good communication.
• General liability insurance required.
• Workers’ comp required.
