Position Summary

The Industrial Coater is responsible for surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and applying industrial protective coatings to structural steel, tanks, piping, equipment, and other industrial assets. This position involves working in a variety of industrial environments while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications
***No experience required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
***Previous experience in industrial painting, abrasive blasting, construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
***Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
***Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments.
***Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
***Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
***Work overtime when needed.
***Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
***Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
