Industrial Coater

Workify Staffing is looking for a Industrial Coater for a Industrial Facility in the North Phoenix, AZ area!

We are seeking a skilled technician to apply protective coatings and finishes to critical industrial structures. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety on the job site — we want to hear from you.

Pay: $26 - $29 per hour

Shift/Schedule: To be determined

Responsibilities
*Prepare surfaces for coating through cleaning, masking, and media blasting processes.
*Apply protective finishes including industrial paints, epoxies, and powder coatings to required specifications.
*Operate and properly maintain industrial spray rigs, coating machinery, and application tools.
*Monitor coating thickness, consistency, and adhesion to ensure compliance with quality standards.
*Follow all job site safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
*Inspect completed surfaces to identify and touch up any defects or inconsistencies.

Qualifications
*Demonstrated experience applying industrial coatings, epoxies, or commercial paint systems.
*Ability to pass a 7-panel drug screen and a 7-year federal background check for facility badging.
*Familiarity with operating industrial spray equipment and measuring coating thickness.
*OSHA 10 certification is strongly preferred.
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect work against strict safety and durability standards.
*Willingness to participate in a phone interview and complete standard onboarding requirements.
