We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to lead an upcoming industrial project in Lexington, NC. This is a leadership position for someone who knows how to run a job, manage crews, and keep projects moving safely and on schedule.
Pay & Details
● $35-$45/hour DOE (higher pay possible for exceptional experience)
● Full-time
● Start: Mid-September (estimated)
● Per diem: TBD
What You’ll Do
● Lead and supervise industrial electrical crews
● Manage daily jobsite operations
● Coordinate manpower, materials, and scheduling
● Maintain safety, quality, and production goals
● Communicate with project management and customers
● Solve problems and keep the project on track
Qualifications
● 10+ years of electrical experience
● 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent
● Strong industrial electrical background
● Experience with controls, automation, and industrial systems
● Proven leadership and crew management experience
● Dependable work history with professional references
