Industrial Electrician – $40–$45/Hour + Overtime

Henpen Consultants is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician for a confidential manufacturing company.

Duties:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production equipment.
Install and maintain wiring, conduit, motors, drives, and controls.
Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs.
Read electrical schematics and interpret PLC ladder logic.
Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and switchgear.
Follow electrical codes and plant safety procedures.

Requirements:

Journeyman electrician certification OR 10+ years of verified industrial electrician experience.
Hands-on experience with motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and HMI systems.
Ability to read blueprints and use electrical diagnostic instruments.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code and applicable local codes.
High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work at heights and perform required lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $45–$50/hour, based on experience. Overtime after 40 hours.
